If you are using siteZen as part of your hosting account please contact your hosting company regarding any and all support issues.  If it is something they cannot answer they will forward it to us and we will step in to help.

The other support resources on this page are for hosting companies that license the software.  We cannot accept requests from end users.

Support for Our Customers

We provide technical support for the operation of our product to companies that hold a license for the siteZen™ software and for those who are evaluating the software.

We offer free support on the following issues:

  • Installation of the software
  • Trouble free operation
  • Issues with the functionality that are believed to be defects
  • Licensing and customer service issues

 The Zen Forums

 

These forums are for non-critical support issues and for soliciting input from the community on plans for upcoming releases.  They are open to our customers and prospects.

Ticket System & Knowledgebase

 

Our ticket system is for any technical support or customer service issues for our licensed users or those evaluating siteZen. Turnaround is usually one business day or less and often faster.

Installation & Licensing

 

Our admin support site contains installation instructions, information on how to configure siteZen and the login screen for our license system where you can purchase and upgrade licenses.
