The other support resources on this page are for hosting companies that license the software. We cannot accept requests from end users.

We provide technical support for the operation of our product to companies that hold a license for the siteZen™ software and for those who are evaluating the software.

The Zen Forums
These forums are for non-critical support issues and for soliciting input from the community on plans for upcoming releases. They are open to our customers and prospects.
Our ticket system is for any technical support or customer service issues for our licensed users or those evaluating siteZen. Turnaround is usually one business day or less and often faster.
Our admin support site contains installation instructions, information on how to configure siteZen and the login screen for our license system where you can purchase and upgrade licenses.
